New feature: New

One Add asset button, three ways in

The Add asset button is now a menu: type in a holding, import a CSV or Excel file, or connect a broker, from the same place.

An Add asset button with a menu open under it listing three ways to add: by hand, from a file and from a broker

Importing a file used to live in the portfolio menu, which is about portfolios, so it was easy to miss. Add asset now opens a menu with every way to bring holdings in.

What the menu offers

  • Enter manually: type in one holding.
  • Import from file: bring in a CSV or Excel history from any broker.
  • Connect broker: sync automatically. It creates a new portfolio that stays in step with your broker.

The same menu opens from the header on a desktop and from the green button on a phone.
