Bring your history in from a spreadsheet

Export your trades from any broker and drop the file in. Holdings, cost basis, returns and the whole chart history are built from it.

Spreadsheet rows of trades becoming holdings and a chart

If your broker is not one of the ones that connect automatically, the honest answer used to be to type it all in. That is not an answer for someone with ten years of trades.

Now you export a transaction history from your broker, in CSV or Excel, and drop it in. Assets are created from the rows, so an imported portfolio gets the same cost basis, the same money-weighted return and the same chart history as a synced one.

It shows you the file before it writes anything

  • Your file is read in the browser. It is never uploaded anywhere.
  • The preview counts what will be added and what is already there, so re-uploading a longer export adds only the new rows.
  • A workbook with several sheets lets you pick which one to read.
  • One bad row stops the whole file. A half-applied history produces a cost basis that is wrong in a way nothing downstream can spot.

Got it wrong? One click undoes the entire import.

Imported holdings stay editable by hand, and the app's own Excel export reads straight back in, so moving between portfolios is a round trip rather than a retype.
